From Publishing to Practice
Feng Shui Today Online Magazine began in 2010, publishing feature articles, industry interviews, and classical commentary from practitioners across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.
Sixteen years later, the world has become increasingly tech-savvy, yet many professional consultants were still experiencing the same frustrations. Their techniques were timeless, but the systems they relied on for reporting and client management were often outdated, time-consuming, and disconnected from the way they actually worked.
Consultants were still printing floor plans, hand-drawing sectors, and storing client files on individual computers, leaving valuable information vulnerable to loss. The software available to the Feng Shui industry was often basic, with limited functionality and client templates that did not reflect the quality or professionalism expected by modern consultants.
The FST Professional Platform evolved from this growing need to streamline professional practice and bring the standard of Feng Shui reporting closer to the quality of client reports produced by architects and other design professionals.
Built as a cloud-based platform that runs directly in your browser, FST Professional requires no software installation, and no dedicated laptop. Your account travels with you, whether you are working on a Mac in the studio, a PC at home, or a borrowed computer on site.
More than a calculator, it is a complete consulting environment. Floor plans, overlays, BaZi charts, client folders, and professional report exports are brought together in one place, allowing consultants to spend less time managing their systems and more time on the interpretation and expertise that matters.

Every price we charge is on this page. Both tiers are unlimited use, so nothing is metered and nothing is charged by volume: no per-client fee, no per-property fee, no cap on floor plans or charts, no charge for storage, no support plan sold separately. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Standard is SGD $149 for the first year, then SGD $98 a year at the loyalty rate. Pro, which opens shortly, is the platform plus SGD $51, in the first year and in every year after. IFSA members take 34% off the first year, which brings year one down to $98 the same loyalty rate you pay every year after.
Whichever tier you are on, every improvement we make to it lands in your account at no extra cost, including everything still sitting in the changelog below. We would rather be the platform every consultant in the field can afford to run than the one a handful can.
Built where the work is actually done
Almost every line of the changelog started as a request from someone using the platform on a live job. A San He 24 Mountain compass, after Snr Master Yap Boh Chu. Flying Star colours brought into line with the five elements. Sector lines changed from yellow to red, because red is what reads on a printed plan in a client's kitchen.
Those requests come from consultants, educators and senior practitioners in a number of countries, and from the schools that teach on the platform. We take them seriously, and we build them. That is why the list below is as long as it is.
Some methods are not ours to share
The San Yuan Yuan Gua function is lineage-gated. It is reserved for students of Sifu Edgar Lok Tin Yung and enabled on your account once approved. If that is you, tell us.
What the platform does not do
It does not interpret, recommend or advise. It has no opinion about your client's front door. The platform calculates, aligns, draws and exports, accurately and repeatably, and then it stops. Every reading that leaves it carries your training, your experience and your name, not ours.

What it costs
These are all the prices there are. Both tiers are unlimited use: as many clients, properties, plans and charts as your practice runs, with nothing metered and nothing charged by volume. Whichever tier you are on, everything we add to it arrives in your account at no extra cost.

Questions
Before you sign up
Does it run properly on a Mac?
Yes, natively. The platform runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install and no Parallels, no Boot Camp and no Windows licence. The same account works on a Mac in the studio, a Windows machine at home and a laptop on site.
Is it keyed to the facing direction or the sitting direction?
Facing, throughout. You take the reading once and it carries across the 24 Mountain, Flying Star and Eight Mansions functions, and SYYG where enabled, in one-degree increments. There is no second entry point where a sitting figure could quietly contradict the facing one.
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard is available now and Pro opens shortly. Standard is the full classical toolset: floor plans, Flying Star and Eight Mansions charts, Ming Gua, the BaZi Four Pillars calculator, client records and reporting. Pro adds the annual Tong Shu almanac, the Twelve Day Officers with daily and annual stars, Peng Zu taboos and fortunate hours, the geomantic Luo Pan compasses, and your logo and details on every report.
Pro costs SGD $51 on top of the platform rate, in the first year and every year after. Subscribe to Standard in the meantime and nothing is lost: when Pro opens you pay only the $51 difference for the rest of your term, and your renewal date does not move. The plans page sets both tiers side by side.
What happens to my client records?
They sit in private folders inside your account, backed up in cloud storage, sortable and searchable, with the consultation history attached to each property. They are yours: export any chart as PDF or JPG whenever you want a copy outside the platform.
Can reports carry my own branding?
Yes, on Pro, once Pro opens. Company and consultant branding is applied to chart output, so the PDF or JPG that reaches your client carries your practice details rather than ours. It is one of the functions the $51 Pro difference switches on.
I already use older desktop software. Is this worth the change?
The honest answer depends on what your current software costs you. If you are still printing plans to colour sectors by hand, re-entering birth details in each module, or keeping client files on one machine you have to be sitting at, the change pays for itself quickly. If your existing setup does everything you need, use the trial to test it against a live job before deciding.
Can I use the San Yuan Yuan Gua function?
The SYYG function is lineage-gated and is reserved for students of Sifu Edgar Lok Tin Yung; if that's you, tell us, and we'll enable it on your account once approved.
Is the platform available in other languages?
A language option is available in your user profile. Tell us which language you work in and we will confirm what is currently supported.
How do I cancel?
The subscription renews annually at the loyalty rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancel from your account, or contact us and we will handle it. You will not be charged during the trial period.
