This Disclaimer applies to www.tools.fengshuitoday.com (“Website” or “Platform”), operated by Feng Shui Today / FST Feng Shui Tools, a service of Shantallow Partners Pty Ltd and Laguna Media (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, the FST Platform, or any calculation, chart, or report generated by it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or rely on its outputs.

1. Nature of the Platform

The FST Platform is an analytical and administrative tool for practising Feng Shui consultants. It performs calculations, produces charts, and structures reports according to classical Feng Shui systems.

It is a calculation and workflow aid only. It does not interpret, advise, or make recommendations. Interpretation, judgement, and all advice given to any client remain entirely the responsibility of the consultant using it.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Feng Shui is a traditional practice. Nothing on this Website, and nothing produced by the Platform, is a representation, promise, or guarantee that any arrangement, direction, date, or recommendation will produce any particular result, including in relation to health, wealth, income, business performance, property value, relationships, or personal circumstances.

Any outcome described in testimonials, case studies, or examples is the individual experience of the person concerned and is not a prediction, a typical result, or an assurance of what any other person will experience.

3. Not Professional Advice

The Website and its outputs are provided for informational and professional support purposes only. They are not and must not be treated as:

  • Medical, psychological, or health advice
  • Financial, investment, taxation, or accounting advice

All calculations are derived from data entered by the user. Their accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of that input, including:

  • Floor plan orientation, scale, and centroid placement
  • Facing and sitting determinations
  • Construction and renovation dates used for period assignment
  • Birth date, birth time, and birthplace, and the associated time zone, daylight saving, and local mean time conversions
  • Solar-to-lunar and calendar conversions

We make no warranty that any calculation, chart, compass, table, or report is accurate, complete, current, or free of error. Users are responsible for independently verifying every result before relying on it or presenting it to a client.

Different Feng Shui schools and lineages apply different conventions. The conventions implemented in the Platform reflect specific methodological choices and may not correspond to those taught by your school or teacher. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the Platform’s conventions match your own practice.

5. Reports Provided to Clients

Where you provide a report, chart, or output generated by the Platform to a client or any other third party:

  • You do so as your own professional work product, on your own account, and under your own professional responsibility
  • You must not represent that the output constitutes advice, endorsement, verification, or approval by FST Feng Shui Tools or Laguna Media
  • You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the accuracy of the output, and for any advice, interpretation, or recommendation you attach to it
  • You should bring the substance of this Disclaimer to the attention of your client

We owe no duty of care to, and accept no liability to, any person who receives an output of the Platform other than the account holder who generated it. Any claim arising from advice given by a consultant lies against that consultant, not against us.

6. Availability and Data

We do not guarantee that the Website or Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons without notice.

We maintain backups for disaster recovery purposes only. Backups are not an archive service for your practice. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your own copies of any report, chart, or client record you need to keep.
